Ibotta Terms and Conditions don't really specify this topic. Say your wife and husband use the same Ibotta account on 2 separate phones. This should not be a violation of terms and conditions, BUT they can do whatever they want!
My wife had over $30 in her account that we shared, I barely ever used it. They never paid us for those earning and eventually just referred to the "We Can Terminate Any Account at ANY TIME"
I just wouldn't risk it. It is to easy to make an extra buck.
